I love to Drink Coffee. At this point, my cravings have been justified. It’s been about 2 years now since I moved to Miami and the Coffee culture out here has been very much inviting. I spent my first few months here denying the incessant invitations by everyone.
There are so many misconceptions about Coffee, and on so many occasions, I’ve had to defend my new obsession. In order to do this, I had to read up on the many reasons why coffee is good for you. My findings were very much encouraging, so I figured I’d share some of them with you guys.

COFFEE IS PARTICULARLY GOOD FOR YOUR LIVER
For occasional alcoholics, mild indulgers, and everyone else, studies have shown that people who have coffee have a reduced risk of developing alcoholic cirrhosis which is an alcoholic liver disease. The liver is a pretty important part of your physical makeup, so every and anything that can be done to ensure its safety and upkeep is of utmost importance.
COFFEE MAKES YOU HAPPY
I just had a cup of coffee from Starbucks and I am honestly happy. 🙂 – You should try it too. Drink Coffee at least four to 8 times this week and you might just be a lot happier than you would usually.

COFFEE REDUCES THE CHANCES OF HEART DISEASE
This is a very true statement. Coffee is actually very healthy for the heart. According to a Dutch study, people who consume coffee moderately have a 20 percent lower risk of having a heart disease versus those who don’t drink it.
NINE TIMES OUT OF TEN, COFFEE SHOPS LOOK REALLY GOOD
This is a trend. All the coffee shops I’ve visited have been very well designed. The interiors are quite impressive. It’s almost like a world of its own. I’ve been able to visit shops in London, New York, Maryland, Los Angeles, Miami, Atlanta, Lagos, Nigeria etc. and they’ve all had a very common theme, minimal, cool, and inviting.

Coffee is such a good thing, but it is important to know that too much of everything is not good. 🙂
If you’re not a drinker, You should get around to it.
