Wash your chicken breast, and put it in a pot to boil, add your vinegar, curry, salt, oregano and stock cubes. Boil on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes.
Once that is done, bring your chicken out and put it in your baking tray/bowl. Using two forks, or any method you fancy, tear the chicken apart. Here, the chicken is your enemy, and you live by one rule; “Take no prisoners”.
Add your BBQ sauce to the chicken, we added no measurements to indicate that you may add as much or as little as you like. Chop some onions and add to the chicken and BBQ mix, add some ginger powder and garlic powder and mix together thoroughly. Then put in the oven at 160°C for 10-15 minutes (Keep checking to make sure it does not burn)
Get your sweet buns and grill them for about 30 seconds. But If you do not have sweet buns, spread some honey on your buns and put in the oven for 3 minutes at 160°C (make sure the oven is hot first). Mix your Ketchup and Mayonnaise together and spread on your buns.
Now add your Pulled chicken mix on your buns. Top it with cheese, sweet chilli sauce and sliced spring onions.
Serve what you’ve made to that special person and smile, knowing that as a result of your efforts, your dreams are about to come true, get your laptop, go to YouTube and play Stevie wonder’s “Ribbon in the sky” on full blast, as you my friend, have just successfully “BBQ PULLED chicken” that person over…
