These cool life hacks are guaranteed to make you live longer. It’s 2017 and we aren’t getting any younger. These are the days of our lives and there is nothing better to do than to plan towards living a healthier and more vibrant lifestyle. This also happens to be my first post of the year 🙂
These are 10 cool life hacks which when followed, will make for a better and healthier lifestyle.
- Never take more than 4 eggs per week.
- Don’t eat tomatoes on an empty stomach
- Eat fruits before meals, not after
- Don’t eat 3 hours before you sleep
- Don’t drink more than 2 cups of coffee a day
- Drink 10 or more glasses of water per day
- These foods are guaranteed to make you happy; banana’s, grapefruit, spinach, pumpkins, and peach
- Hot Lemon water is good for you
- Eat less oily foods. it takes up to 7 hours to digest them, it also makes you feel fatigued.
- Drink more water in the day time than at night
Obviously, these life hacks have come with intense research and study. I for one am implementing these hacks into my 2017. You should too.
